Happy stay inn Madisonville I-69 By OYO

I’m glad I decided to stay despite some of the reviews. I travel daily for work so I’m used to all sorts of hotels. This one was very nice! It could use some improvements in the rooms. But for a budget hotel, this place is perfect! Hot water, cold AC, and NO bedbugs in the room I was staying in. I couldn’t ask for better. It’s also nice they only charge $10 for a pet fee! I had enough room to park my truck and 40ft gooseneck trailer and the man at the front desk was very helpful in telling me where I could park and booking a room close to my truck. The same man, I forgot his name but he works the late evening shift…he was very kind and made me feel safe. As a solo female traveler that is a big deal for me! There was a couple that came in screaming and hollering about 10:15pm at night and my dog was going nuts. I don’t normally call the front desk but after 15 minutes of constant walking up and down the walkway yelling at each other, I had enough. Some people have work to do early in the morning. He went out there and asked them to quiet down. The service was excellent, the location is perfect. It’s kind of tucked away from the interstate and nestled behind a truck stop so for workers with big trucks and trailers it’s the perfect location! I’d definitely stay with them again!

The Customer service at Happy Stay is excellent. Saby and her staff are ready to help with any and everything. They made sure we had everything we needed, and we were comfortable. Very personable and willing to go the extra mile. A pleasant stay.

I’ve been staying at this place every time I’m near coming through. It is so Much planer nicer the people that’s running it are amazing. They are really good people. I’m so proud of it because it’s clean now the rooms are exceptionally clean and the really good people like I say and you can’t stay nowhere nearest cheapest you can stay there. These people’s been a blessing to me the new owners and they’ve been really good to me. You couldn’t ask for anybody nicer or wanting to help like they all do.

So glad we found this hidden gem! With nearly a decade in the hotel industry and plenty of stays under my belt, I’m seriously impressed. Everything's clean and the SHEEEETS!!!! Softest I've felt in any hotel. Late check-in was quick and easy—front desk staff was inviting and the night was peaceful. We heard no noise, no drama, just rest. Plus, it’s right by Pilot and Subway—super convenient. Oh and there's a laundromat on site! The staff went above and beyond, handling our last-minute changes with patience and professionalism. Honestly, it’d be a disservice to stay anywhere else. Highly recommended.

My Mom is traveling from WI to me in GA, she desperately needed a place to stop to sleep, everywhere else I checked they weren't allowing check in time until 2pm and also kind of rude, I am so happy I called this place! They said they would take care of her, and they sure did, they definitely held to their word, so friendly, great price, she likes that it is clean (she is a little picky we had both worked in hotels) overall such a great experience! Thank you so much for being good to my Mother it truly mean's a lot! You are SO appreciated! If you need a place to stay this is it! Connected to Pilot, and Subway as well! Thank you to your staff!!

The kindest people! I had a fantastic stay, the bed was comfy and the AC kept me chill. Microwave, refrigerator, shower, toilet, sink, fluffy pillows, desk, TV, what more could you ask for? They offer snacks/refreshments you can purchase, and they are conveniently located right next to a subway/gas station within walking distance. I will definitely stay there again if I am in the area!
